Treetops Fitness Center has a Nautilus fitness system including two treadmills, two stationary bikes, free weights, and a fitness instructor that can help you set your goals and achieve them.

Last but not least is Massage-check! Treetops Spa offers 7 different massages…we have a quick massage to help get you through the day or 80 minute massage that can really help restore your muscles and increase endurance, range of motion and flexibility.
